In the meantime here's a quick summary

I joined Azm X, a design consulting firm to take on and lead this specific project. Partnering with the Saudi Digital Government Authority on one of the Kingdom's most ambitious eGovernment transformation programs, the Saudi National Design System.

My contributions were mostly focused on the strategic pillars of the design system:

1. A robust design language (foundations, component library, usage guidelines)

2. An actionable adoption strategy for 600+ government agencies

3. A sustainable community contribution model for long term scalability

Outcomes of this project contributed to a national milestone:

Saudi Arabia jumped 25 places in the UN-E Government Development Index 2024, ranking 4th globally, 1st regionally, and 2nd among G20 in digital services.
